Our Team
Dinesh H Majmudar
Geeta Enterprises was founded over 50 years ago by Mr. Dinesh H. Majmudar, a visionary whose global exposure and humble values shaped the company’s legacy.
After graduating from the University of Southern California (USA) and working in the United States, he returned to India with a mission to build something meaningful rooted in innovation, trust, and service.
He began with the trading of PVC roofing sheets and welding electrodes, a modest start that soon grew into a trusted name known for quality, reliability, and strong relationships.
Guided by
his philosophy of integrity, foresight, and care for people, Geeta Enterprises continues to carry
his legacy forward - serving clients with the same spirit of trust and dedication for over five
decades.
Darshan D Majmudar:
Mr. Darshan D. Majmudar, a Mechanical Engineer and second-generation entrepreneur, joined Geeta Enterprises to carry forward the vision of his father, Mr. Dinesh H. Majmudar.
Together, they expanded the company’s presence and established Geeta Enterprises as one of the first distributors of Astral Pipes in India, a reputation that continues to this day.
Under Darshan’s leadership, the business has grown further, representing leading brands such as Equator Electrodes, Astral Bathware, Chilly India, Zoloto Valves, and RB Valves Italy, making Geeta Enterprises a trusted name for quality and reliability in the industry.
Harshil D Majmudar
Representing the third generation of leadership at Geeta Enterprises, Mr. Harshil D. Majmudar brings a modern outlook and a global perspective to the family business.
After completing his education in the UK, he chose to return to India to contribute to the legacy built by his family.
With a focus on growth through innovation, and adapting to the evolving needs of the industry,
Harshil continues to strengthen Geeta Enterprises’ reputation while steering it towards new
opportunities for the future.
